This large, luxury two bedroomed apartment, with a balcony overlooking the golf course, is situated in the golfing community of “La Resina Golf and Country Club”, one of the jewels in the crown of Costa Del Sol. Set in the tranquil and sheltered “La Resina” estate, the complex is one of quality and style. The community of La Resina has been developed with luxury and quality in mind, there are several communal swimming pools in the resort, and the country club with its fitness centre, and leisure & dining facilities is open to the public and is only a short walk from the apartment. Set aside a day to for a visit to the fabulous Selwo Nature reserve, which is only a few minutes by car and is your back door view.

La Resina is close to so many places to visit. For a traditional local atmosphere, San Pedro is full of old style shops and tapas bars and a short walk along the promenade takes you to the beautifully kept beaches and several chiringuitos (beach bars). The millionaire playground of Puero Banus, with its spectacular marina and international jet set atmosphere, with shops and restaurants to match, is also only a 10minutes drive.

5 minutes further on is Marbella, which also has a marina. The town is the main commercial centre and has a wide variety of shops and the magnificent town square is full of tropical plants and gardens. Closer to hand is the local seaside town of Estapona, with its delightful old world charm, has retained much of its Spanish character. The marina and beaches and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops offer variety and quality, at lower prices than some of the neighbouring more international movie star resorts.

Located in the beautiful and sheltered Resina estate, La Resina Golf Course is a diverse and challenging course that utilizes its very special environment to the maximum. It is widely agreed to be one of the best and best-designed 9 hole courses in Spain, and its large, lush, well kept greens are the envy of many more famous professional establishments.
