La Resina Golf is a new holiday development of luxury apartments, overlooking the golf course and only 4kms outside the charming seaside town of Estapona, with its splendid promenade with childrens play areas, and superb beaches and marina. There are three communal swimming pools, including a todlers pool, and the golf and country club with leisure & dining facilities is open to the public and is only a short walk from the apartment. Set aside a day to for a visit to the fabulous Selwo Nature Reserve, which is only a few minutes by car and is the spectacular view form the back of the apartment and the swimming pool.

Puerto Banus and Marbella night life is not to be missed with fabulous bars and restaurants open until the small hours! For families the beach and many theme parks are just a short drive away.

The Apartment

La Resina Apartment Dining Area

This lovely large apartment has been tastefully furnished and fitted out for six people. It has spectacular views to the golf course and out to the sea from a large sunny terrace.

There is a master bedroom with a luxurious marble ensuite bathroom and a twin room with separate bathroom.

The living area has lots of space to lounge around or play board games in and has a bed setee if you have more than four staying.

On the terrace, there is plenty of space for six people to wine and dine or sunbathe, overlooking the escapades of golfers on the 7th hole.

The kitchen with its marble work top, is superbly equipped with cooking utensils and hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, and washing machine. Everything you need to cook, but hey, who want to cook when there are so many outstanding restaurants in the area.

Beaches

Our favourite beach at La Playa del Christo

The coast is one long series of fine sandy beaches, with frequent access points off the coastal road. The closest is La Prura beach (just a two minute drive).

A favourite beach is La Laguna beach, which is the next beach along towards Estapona, and is a few minutes drive. La Laguna is in a beautiful setting with 2 or 3 restaurants, a small shopping mall and a couple of beach huts and a swimming pool, in a "lagoon" type setting.

Our personal favourite, La Playa del Christo, just past the marina, is set in a beautiful cove, and is quite natural, with just a couple of beach huts and is superb for windsurfing. You can take your car on to the beach, play volleyball, and barbeque.
